Meet your "experts"
Edgar and Chauncey are two friends who occasionally appeared on the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. They have been described as "the most observant townsfolk in existence," and "they often relax on the job or in public places with little or no regard to what is going on around them."
Each time they appeared on the show their conversation would start like this:
Chauncey: "Now there's something you don't see everyday, Edgar."
Edgar: "What's that, Chauncey?"
And Chauncey makes an observation that usually includes Rocky or Bullwinkle (or both) flying through the air. Edgar usually makes a pun after that and the two don't show up for a few episodes.
Edgar and Chauncey will be the two journalistic "Experts" who discuss different happenings around B.A.R.B., starting with draft reviews.
